My role: led all aspects of exhibit development and design. Wrote exhibit script. designed all built elements, produced construction documentation, and sourced recycled and salvaged materials. designed ui concepts and coordinated production with software partners. supported graphic design. coordinated installation, evaluation, and iteration of exhibit concepts.
we challenged ourselves to use the most sustainable products possible. spaces were defined with a shigeru ban-inspired frame system made of salvaged tubes from a neighboring print shop and locally-printed organic cotton banners. wallpaper was printed in-house on bamboo paper and installed with a non-toxic paste.
i developed the concept, user interface, and all graphic assets for a debate-game prototype which engaged visitors while collecting valuable data on their thoughts interests, and points of disagreement.
